What are Incoterms? “Incoterms” is short for international commercial terms, and they define standard for assigning obligations to liabilities of parties involved in international transactions. The terms have been published by the International Chamber of Commerce since 1936, with the most recent Incoterms® 2022 rules published on January 1, 2020.
